Venue

Wickerwood Farm is an exciting outdoor venue that offers us the chance to host our very own festival style celebration deep in the East Sussex countryside. Expect fields lined with woodland and wild flower meadows, central tipi tents and roaring fire pit. Glamping tents and shepherd hut toilet facilities line the neighbouring field which leads from the onsite car park.

Location

Wickerwood Farm is located near the East Sussex village of Horam, 15 miles north of Eastbourne and 18 miles south of Tunbridge Wells.

The nearest train station is Polegate Station, a 15 minute drive away with a direct line to London Victoria.

Located 24 miles from Brighton & 30 miles from Gatwick, Wickerwood has ample parking available onsite.

Ceremony

We invite everyone to join us in the ceremony area to reaffirm our marriage vows in a personal and informal way. By removing the legal requirements of a marriage, we have been able to create a special opportunity to reflect and celebrate the last 20 years together - and that includes all of you

Let the celebration begin!

Bubbles, games and music in and around the tipi tent

Dinner is served

Help yourself to the delicious feasting table at your leisure. This is relaxed informal dining all the way so no need to rush.

Get the party started

Time to show us what you're made of on the dance floor. Expect an array of music genres and styles to dance the night away or kick back around the fire pit and enjoy the music from afar

Feeling peckish?

Freshly prepared evening food available for when you've worked up an appetite on the dance floor

We are hosting an outdoors event in June, and whilst we have provided shelter from the elements around the venue, please be prepared for the English summer! Please come with options and layers so you are comfy and warm throughout the day and night whatever the weather. Alternative footwear options may be required on the grass. Thanks Dame Shirley!

If you are Glamping with us, please ensure you have warm clothing to see you through the night, one should not rely on their alcohol jacket.

Gifting

Quite honestly, having everyone join us to celebrate at GravidFest is the biggest gift we can ask for. With a relationship that is 20 years in the making, we have built our home, our comforts and we have all the material commodities we could ever need.

Life for us is about experiences and memories, and thats what GravidFest is all about. IF (and that’s a big if) anyone has the desire to gift us something, a contribution to our travel fund would be very much appreciated, to enable us to plan a trip-of-a-lifetime later on this year.
